My Journey:
I qualified as a Project Manager in Construction over 20 years ago and later transitioned into commercial and contractual roles, supported by an LLM in Construction Law. My career has spanned multiple sectors and projects worldwide, with a strong foundation in claims and dispute resolution. In recent years, I’ve moved into senior leadership positions and currently serve as Sector Director for Renewables. Our team partners with leading Offshore Wind Developers globally and collaborates with UK flagship organisations such as the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership to drive industry growth.
Working Environment:
Client Engagement: Meet with offshore wind developers and government-backed organisations to understand challenges and strategic priorities.
Team Leadership: Coordinate resources across risk, schedule, cost, and finance disciplines to ensure best-in-class delivery.
Collaboration: Align with engineering, consenting, and asset management colleagues to share lessons learned and market intelligence.
Strategic Oversight: Monitor project performance, manage risks and achieve commercial oversight.

Duties:
I work with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions. My teams provide best-in-class expertise at EPCI stages in PMO (risk, schedule, project controls, cost, finance), procurement, and contract management; leveraging major infrastructure experience. We collaborate across AtkinsRéalis disciplines, sharing lessons and market intelligence to deliver bespoke services for leading global developers and Tier 1 contractors/fabricators.
